1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WPstylefix.com (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

WPstylefix.com provides small to medium WordPress front-end fixes, styling adjustments, and UX improvements. The platform connects clients with experienced developers to:

  • Submit and track website issues
  • Assign and communicate with developers
  • Implement and test solutions
  • Process payments and handle refunds

We focus strictly on front-end and visual styling. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or server environments outside the agreed scope of work.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Payment is required before work begins on any submitted issue. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location: EUR for European countries, GBP for the United Kingdom, and USD for the rest of the world.

Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to provide a working solution as agreed in the initial scope, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Refunds do not apply if:

  • The client changes the project scope after work begins
  • The issue is resolved but the client requests additional unrelated changes
  • The issue is caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or themes outside our control

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Website Access & Modifications

When direct implementation is requested or required, the Client may grant WPstylefix.com temporary access to their WordPress dashboard. We recommend using temporary login methods (such as the "Temporary Login Without Password" plugin) rather than sharing permanent credentials.

By providing access credentials or a temporary login link, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Access is granted voluntarily and solely for the purpose of implementing the agreed-upon fix as described in the submitted issue
  • WPstylefix.com will only make changes directly related to the submitted and agreed-upon issue - no other modifications will be made
  • The Client is responsible for creating a full website backup before granting access
  • The Client is responsible for revoking access (e.g., deleting the temporary login link or temporary user account) after the fix has been completed
  • WPstylefix.com will not store, share, or reuse access credentials beyond the scope of the specific issue

6. Client Responsibilities & Backup Policy

The Client is strongly advised to maintain a current backup of their website before granting access or applying any code changes provided by WPstylefix.com. This applies both to fixes applied by our team directly and to code snippets provided for self-implementation.

WPstylefix.com is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or site issues resulting from:

  • The absence of a proper backup at the time of the fix
  • Pre-existing site conditions, bugs, or conflicts not related to the submitted issue
  • Changes made by the Client or other third parties after our fix has been delivered
  • Third-party plugin, theme, or WordPress core updates applied after the fix
  • Hosting environment changes, server migrations, or DNS modifications

7. Scope of Work

Each fix is scoped based on the issue description submitted by the Client and the estimate confirmed before payment. WPstylefix.com will only implement changes that fall within the agreed scope.

Any additional work beyond the original scope - including new issues discovered during implementation - will be communicated to the Client and may require a separate issue submission and payment.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to encourage unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, state, or local laws or regulations
  • To infringe intellectual property rights of WPstylefix.com or others
  • To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of WPstylefix.com and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that all issues can be resolved in all hosting or plugin environments.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WPstylefix.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a specific fix shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that particular fix.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

13. Third-Party Tools & Service Disclaimer

We are not responsible for malfunctions, downtime, or damages caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, themes, or client-side changes made after issue resolution. Fixes related to third-party elements may require additional work and fees.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our Service, you agree that any personal information you provide will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell or share user data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated terms.
